The TAC do a great job for the community promoting road safety awareness, and are working closely with community clubs like Redan to promote their message. Today’s focus is on car safety.

Many of us drive our cars every day. We carry our families in them. We teach our children to drive in them. We often help our children buy their first car. Cars are an integral part of our lives and the lives of our families, friends and the wider community.

But do you really know how safe your car is? Is it mechanically sound? Are the tyres good? What safety features does the car have? Do all the safety features work as they are supposed to? When was the last time you checked?

While we can’t get out and about, now is the perfect time to check.
