Our purpose: reconnecting and moving forwardWe know RFNC is more than just a club—it’s a community. To ensure we’re all moving in the same direction, we’re doubling down on our purpose:
The RFNC is committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment that treats players, supporters, volunteers, community and commercial partners with respect, appreciation, and support.
Our priority is to develop individuals through team sport to be the best version of themselves, and to then maximise their development and enjoyment as a player, coach, volunteer, and partner.
Exciting changes coming in 2025While we’re proud of where RFNC stands, we know there’s always room to improve. In 2025, we’re focusing on some key areas to take the club to the next level:
- “
We are one club” – Building stronger connections across all teams, age groups, and areas of RFNC.
-
Welcoming & safe environments – Better structures and accountability to support our young people, players, and volunteers.
-
Stronger culture – Investing in player development, celebrating achievements, and improving communication across the club.
-
Sharing the load – Providing clear opportunities for more people to contribute—because many hands make light work!
-
Partnerships for success – Strengthening relationships with sponsors and partners to ensure mutual benefits and support.
- Financial governance – Introducing modern systems to improve transparency and streamline processes.
Let’s make this a shared journeyWe know we won’t get everything perfect, but we’re committed to learning, improving, and listening. RFNC is built on community, and we can’t do this without you.
